Why do I run?
Someone asked me the other day – Why do you run?
Set my brain thinking – there are so many reasons but I finally realised that this was really it –
I run because at first I couldn’t and now I can. The sense of achievement from each run and especially the really long runs, the half and full marathons and the dreams to run some ultras.
I can therefore I run, I run therefore I can do and aspire to do many things I couldn’t before!
